If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and unopened
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase may be required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.
